2.Warranty Period

All security monitors come with 3yrs warranty time calculated based on the delivery date from our factory, within warranty period, if under the usage of the instruction sheet, any defective product will get repaired or replaced for free. Beyond the warranty time, we still can offer maintenance service with charging economic repairing costs.

The "you" mentioned in this document refers to the buyer who purchased the product from us, and "we" refers to Watchman.

Warranty Range

We guarantee that if the product is under normal use and maintenance conditions, due to material, workmanship or manufacturing problems resulting in performance failure, during the warranty period, we will provide you with maintenance, replacement and other warranty services in accordance with the provisions of this document. Any defective product can be replaced or repaired free of charge. "Normal use and maintenance conditions" means that the product's installation, use, maintenance, storage, transportation, etc. meet the requirements of the instructions for use, and are used for reasonable intended purposes or uses. "Affecting normal use" means that the product cannot achieve the functions described in its standard performance parameters.

Below typical situations will NOT cover free repairing service;

1. Out of the warranty time.

2. The malfunction and damaged caused by incorrect use, the authorized repairs and alteration.

3. The damaged caused by fire, flood, abnormal voltage, other natural disasters and secondary product damage.

4. The product malfunction caused by the fall or the transportation failures after purchasing.

5. The product malfunction caused by Not accordance with the user manuals operation.

6. The malfunction and damaged caused by the other barriers(man-made factors or external device, ect)

7. Tearing such as warranty label, product body numbers, ect in private.

We will not charge you for the warranty service unless it is declared in advance or by law or agreement that you should bear the cost.
